changing the value of FX-FL-SP in service mode LEVEL 2 to +3.

To change the value of FX-FL-SP in service mode, perform the following.

      Service Mode> to Service Mode LEVEL 2 > COPIER > ADJUST > FIXING>FX-FL-SP

      Note:

The definition for FX-FL-SP is as follows:

Use it to enter a fine adjustment value for the fixing film speed when plain paper is used. Make a fine adjustment of the target control speed for the fixing film speed when plain paper is used.
Setting range: -3 to 3 (Default: 0) (Unit: ms)

Exactly! I had same problem in a iR3300, did a DCON CLEAR, and re-entered values from its 'birth certificate'. No problem ever since.
