iR5055 Second side lead edge, Light copy.

I jammed the machine, found a sheet in the duplex tray 2.
It had two "2 Inch" dents in the paper about "1 inch" from the lead edge of the copy.

I seen this before in the iR5070 and it was the exit one way bearing with gear.
and remember there was something else but i've forgotten its been so long....
One way bearing i cleaned and tested doesn't seem to be the problem, looks like new. No wear on the exit shaft either. The white lever on the exit jam release cover (always cracks) that works the guide into tray 2 is fine as well.
Any other ideas

Hope that all makes sense, my ingrish no good today...lol

The external delivery assembly may be warped > causing the paper to get nick.

Yeah it was a deformed guide going into UNIT 2....Did 200 hundred double side copies.
was ok when i left.....IW
