iam having ir3045 ,the problem is that A4 paper jams and A4r is not . though the problems solves for a while when ram was cleared and reset, the problems occurs soon again. help me to sort out the problem.thanks

Whats the jam code? There are little black damper pads by the 2 black guides on the door and one by the back of the pre reg flag that get old and sticky and cause trouble.
