Canon IR 3225 N dark panel only main power green light on

When turn on have initial rotation ,the main power green light on,and panel is dark.After a minute again initial rotation and again and again.What the hell is wrong?
A few months ago I replaced inverter pcb.Main Controller LED lamps are ON

Pull out memory>clean>reseat.

The new style LCD Inverter PCB (Part Number FM4-6690-010) now has a jumper, JP4, on it. Also, there may be one of two different style LCD's in the machine, each with a different style connector to the Inverter PCB. There are two positions for jumper JP4 depending on which LCD you have.

If the LCD Display's connector plugs into J2 on the LCD Inverter PCB, the jumper for JP4 should be positioned all the way to the left for the LCD Display to work properly. Please refer to the picture below:




If the LCD Display's connector plugs into J3 on the LCD Inverter PCB, the jumper for JP4 should be positioned all the way to the right for the LCD Display to work properly. Please refer to the picture below.




LCD Display is blank, green power light is on and machine keeps rebooting.

did u Check several DC voltages on DC Controller to see if any are missing.

If the Main Controller "registered value" ID does not match the REAL TIME CLOCK (RTC) ID, the Main Controller Malfunctions; preventing the LCD display from powering up or no power to unit.

By shorting JP1 on the Main Controller it will clear the RTC "registered value", to correct the ID between the Main Controller and RTC Circuit.

Procedure:
1. Turn OFF the Main Unit.
2. Either unplug the power cord from the wall.
3. Remove the rear cover of the Main Unit.
4. Below the left leg of the Battery, jump JP1 for 3-5 seconds.
5. Plug in the power cord and turn on the Main Unit.
6. Verify that the Main Unit powers ON and that the LCD display works.
7. Re-install the rear cover.

I changed Main controller now again fault.green power light is on, progress bar on halfway and standing.

Are the LED's on main controller On_?


Try & get into service mode quickly when u see progress bar start.
Look for any error codes listed

LED's on main controller are On.Customer thinks that he saw E-024.I replaced the entire developing assembly and DC CONTROLLER PCB ASSEMBLY no success.

If it going half way and stopping it could be the HDD, or bad flash of the firmware. Can you reload the system? Will it let you? Also watch memory.

Firmware is the latest. I will tested HDD and memory.

If u have a Fax PCB Kit installed, disconnect it, power on.

[Cycle Clutch]

Pull the boot rom and clean contacts. Try again.

No Fax PCB Kit installed.I have cleaned the contacts no response.
