J 0214 on iRADV C 9060

Good morning !
I have this jam on iRADV C9060 when the sheet goes in the ADU unit.


Suggestions ?

0214 is a stationary jam at ps34 in the reverse vertical path unit, the client could have opened the fixing drawer before removing a jam from the reverse vertical path unit causing the jammed paper to tear and could have left a small piece in outboard corner of the reverse vertical path unit causing the paper to jam on its way down.
