Canon ImageRunner 3025 Jams at Fuser

Hi everyone. I have a Canon ImageRunner 3025 that is jamming at fuser. The paper comes up about an inch passed the fuser and the remaining is fan folded in the fusing unit. I had replaced the fixing film and put new film grease on it. When I remove the fixing assembly and turn it by hand the film is not turning with the pressure roller. I had another unit from a different copier and put that in. Still exact jam type. The jam codes that i keep getting are 107, 108 and 109.

Remove the damper pads for the fixing delivery reversal flapper ��
Check to make sure the Locking Plate on is installed in the correct position _see link pic below_______

first of all make sure that you have update the latest version of the software then at the body theres some values must change it to increase the fuser degree i will send it for u send me ur mail
