Print quality on iR ADV C7055.

Another day, another problem ! !

iR ADV C7055, without imagePASS: when the customer makes color copies, the quality is coherent.
When the customer prints files (in most cases pdf files ), the colors are incoherent.
If he uses driver PS3, or PCL, or UFR, the result not changes.
Some colors that it sees on the video, are completely out on the prints !
But, when the files are imported from direct Print, the result is good !

    What can i do ?

    Post Scriptum:
There is a guide for the better setup for printing color in Canon ?

You could try and hook up a laptop and print with a crossover cable. I don't use PS or PCL unless they bought a license for it. UFR2 should work ok. Usually another driver or an updated driver solves this problem for me but it sounds like you tried that already.

            To quote your original post:-

"But, when the files are imported from direct Print, the result is good !"

If it the same PDF files that import direct via Direct Print method did not have color deviation, would indicate your print engine is not giving the headache.

Try working from your own laptop cross-cable to machine using Canon PS3 driver, it could be a setting either in driver itself, else it your Customer's software that might have change color setting via it internal colour management settings.
