CANON imagepress 6000 fault code E00001-0161 don't clear .help!!

hello,
my machine 6000 has a fault code .It's E00001-0161. I checked first fixing,it's ok.but don't clear .and the battery on the DC controller 1/1 be cleared, it's ok. but it's wrong the next day. please help! urgent!!!

Clear code_power off_ open doors_power up,
See if u get a close door message_?
