I read an old post regarding this problem, but there was no resolution offered, so I'm going to try again. Before I spend a few hours getting the engine controller PCB out to check and reinstall it, I thought I might try the firmware update first. However, the menu button does not respond, so I can't set the machine to "update firmware" mode. I thought I might try just a general reset, but ran into the same problem. Has anyone else run into this error? Is there any fix for it? I can't even find a replacement engine controller PCB online - does anyone have a source for one? Is this just a large doorstop, or can it be fixed? As always, I appreciate your help. I always learn something from consulting with you all here at copytechnet.
