Canon IR 7105 horrible static problem

We have this copier that jams and usually we find 3-5 pgs almost on top of each other in the fuser area. When pulled from the fuser the pages are clinging to each other...static cling. Also all feed/sep rollers etc. have been changed...does this copier have a way to get rid of static from the paper...or any ideas?? Help we are getting roasted from the client as being borderline useless

this is happen occasionally looks like Transfer Corna issue open the front cover and watch the paper if its flying when shes moving under the head and the transfer ,theres some adjustment on the service mode let you increase the push of the transfer corona u can adjust but i forget whats it actually ,change the Transfer corona assembly and check.

If the case is different from the above reply and if you think that there is a multiple paper sheet pick-up, then you can increase the separation spring tension.

Rewire transfer/sep,clean inside transport belts,check metal transport drive gear on back of transport drawer,check for broken tab on ufr roll gear,check gear on fixing motor(2 stage gear...they strip). As you can see there are numerous reasons why this could be happening. What is jam code? 010A 0r 0109 possibly. I've never had a static issue in reg drawer. Something else is wrong
