I set the tray to legal so I know its a timing thing cause I don't see any size detection sensors on the machine or any adjustments on the tray. Thoughts appreciated. Thanks

well you probably use it as a printer and some computer somewhere is trying to print something in a4 size so you have to go to the computers you use and in the printing driver "tell" the ir1025 that she should match the outcoming print to LTR instead of matching to the documents paper size if not the PC will keep telling the printer to print that job in the documents original size, happens a lot (at least to my customers) in PDF documents since they don't show their original size hope it helps

I checked the customers server and there was nothing in the print q ddisconnectd cable while I was working on it so they didn't send any jobs to it. Same deal even when I make copies. A4 size showing up
