[Jamming] ImageRunner 3180c with Finisher and PuncherUnit often jams with code 0206

    Hello Guys

We have a problem with an ImageRunner 3180C/Ci. It has a finisher and a puncher unit attached and often Jams with the code 0206, but in Service Mode there is no Sensor specified which produced the jam! Sometimes the Location is set to copier, sometimes it states the finisher.
Happens mostly from Tray 1, not sure if the others jam at all, but i believe they do not!
We checked the Pickup rollers from Tray 1 and they are okay, not new, but useable
So far we thought it is the Fuser Entrance, but no success there, cleaned all the fuser rollers and such, problem was gone for a while but came back!

    Anyone has any suggestions?
when it jams, then it jams while doing multiple prints, and the first 5 ot so run through without a problem, then it jams!

0206 Jam Code is described as a delay jam at the fixing inlet sensor PS14 (residual jam only).

Performed a check of the three sensors PS14, PS2 and PS16 in the feeder frame assembly.
A voltage check of PS14/16 or 2 can be made by removing the right side panel next to the right door and exposing the intermediate connector J1192L (6 purple wires).

check your manual for proper pin layout.

Check if Supply voltage is 3.0v in actuated stated & 0v non actuated state
Proper voltage for non-actuated is approximately 0V.

Thanks alot, teckat, will check the mentioned voltage and see, maybe that is the fault!
