[Error Code] Canon ir 5075 radf jam 0094

Good morning friends! I have a canon ir 5075 presenting the code in the RADF jam soon as I start a copy of the RADF, I noticed that the code is 0094, cleaned all sensors on and did SENS INT,
    Service mode> FEEDER> FUNCTION> TRY-A4
    Service mode> FEEDER> FUNCTION> TRY-A5R
    Service mode> FEEDER> FUNCTION> TRY-LTR
    Service mode> FEEDER> FUNCTION> TRY-LTRR
    And the problem persists,
took the RADF up another machine and there it did not work, I changed almost every sensor on and nothing worked.

Just remember that the machine recently lost settings tape.

    someone help me!

Make sure the Document Feeder is sitting correctly on the platen.

    COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>DF-RCON

    Perform the following steps:
    1 Re-clear R-CON and reset values.

2 Perform an ADF senor initialization

    3 Reboot main unit.
    ================================================== =========================================
    DADF S1

    Any of the path sensors (PI1, PI11, PI12, PCB2, PCB3, PCB4) can also cause a 0094 jam code.

    PCB2
As shown in the picture below, the Sensor Holder does not come with the new PCB2 Sensor Unit and you would need to remove it from the old unit and snap it on the new unit. If misplaced, the sensor holder is available as a service part. The part number is: FC5-3131-000

    DADF M1
The cause of jam code 0094 or message "Check Original" is a failure of PI7 to change state not allowing the DADF to properly identify the original length.

Check if the black plastic shield that snaps onto the sensor PCB is missing allowing extra light to inhibit the operation of the sensor.
Verify the black plastic shield is attached.

Additionally listed below are troubleshooting steps to take to check for a faulty PI7 sensor.

A voltage check of the sensor can be made to verify proper voltage changes.

    Connector J1B Pins
    5V supply 3
    Signal 4
    Signal 5
    Ground 6

The sensor can also be checked in I/O Mode at
P005 Bit 3 0 indicates paper is present.
**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

Do the same RCON DF-tester with the RADF in othe machine and had the same code?

Staff now iR5075 when shooting copies Duplex by RADF she curls up on the PCB 2, and the original gives a folded, only duplex in normal copy it does not give problem. Jaz fi all procedures RADF settings.
Will be some sensor? more if? because in normal mode it does not present the problem.

remembering is the same machine that was giving the above error

              Thank you!

Check the prism on the paper guide. The sensor transmits an infra-red light from the transmitter, hits the prism, then returns to the receiver part of the sensor assembly. I have seen the guide that the prism is mounted to slightly bent causing issues. Also, the tape that holds the prism loosens and the prism moves out of the proper position. No light beam to receiver, thinks that paper is present. I see this on Advance machines with similar type of sensor system. I believe there is 3 of the sensor assemblies in the feeder...not near a manual. Make sure all 3 sensors and their respective prisms are clean. Its a start...
