Check if you are losing 24V , caused by main motor or some other motor

            Product : imageRUNNER 7086 / 7095 / 7095 Printer / 7105
Title : E110-0000 when machine goes into high speed rotation.
            Error :
E110-0000 when machine goes into high speed rotation. Machine will also lose the 24vdc and 38 vdc at this time . If you go into service mode, machine will go to ready and you can check motors, clutches and fans but when you exit you will get an E025-0001.

            Workaround :
Replace the separation fan, M13 . Part number is FH6-1942-020. Found that if we ohmed the blue and red wire going to motor it was aprox 15 ohms a good one should read aproximatley 6k OHMS

            Product : imageRUNNER 7086 / 7105 / 7095 / 7095 Printer
            Title : Error Codes E840, E732 and E110

            Problem :
When the machine is turned on it will display an E840, E732 or E110 error code

            Solution :
A poor connection at the machine relay board can cause erratic error codes. Unplug and reseat all of the connectors on the relay pcb. Pay close attention to connectors J7101 and J7104.

            Title : Intermittent Error Codes E840, E732 or E110

            Error :
Intermittent Error Codes E840, E732 or E110 are occurring at the power up sequence and during a copy job. It was noticed that the normal vibration of the machine would cause the front door to momentarily pull away from the magnet catch.

            Workaround :
In this case, the Magnet Catch was not properly holding the front door closed. After replacing the magnet catch the issue was resolved.

The part number for the magnet catch is XZ9-0251-000. (Figure 120, Key Number 5)

Have you replaced video pcb or at least reseat its connectors? I see you have replaced the door switch also..make sure that the actuator on the door is actuating it properly and fully...sometimes gotta twist front door to "reform" hinges so that door closes flush and properly.
