customer is asking to change two settings on their machine. they want to be able to always scan in color, and to a pdf file. the settings are set for black and white and tiff. ive tried this
    1. Press Additional Functions.
    2. Select Communication Settings.
    3. Select TX Settings under the Common Settings.
    4. Press the down arrow to go to page 2.
    5. Select Edit Standard Send Settings/Store.
    6. Select the defaults (file format, resolution, etc.)
    7. Select OK/Done.
    8. Press Reset. that setting only pertains to the fax, and it doesn't stick anyways.
