I have a problem with Canon iR2020/iR2016 photocopier on setting password for user.I want when people wants to photocopy should enter username and password.
Ur urgent response will be highly appreciated...

go into additional fuctions> system settings>id managemant > turn it on the add you numbers that you want to us..
this is in you user manual on how to d this....
