installing a print kit in a ir3045.

Have a customer that got a ir3045 from my competition last year and come to find out it did not have a print kit installed. They are pi**ed at them and want us to get them a print kit, UFR, and install it. I have the Access Number and went on-line to obtain a license key. Put that in the copier and I still can not print. Are there instructions for installing this kit to see what I missed. (this is why my competition beat me, they sold the machine stripped) Thanks

Does the print kit show up under counter check- device configuration?
