    i have done the switch on holding 24 and done the dcon clear it is still doing the same jamming at reg rollers. id there no switch or something that controlls the 24 voltage to the clutches or dc con ?

      Just di the switch on holdin 24 abd i get
      SN-5 SM Bus Soc DIM1 (no)
      SN-9 PCI Configuration PCI-Bridge (no)
      all the others are ok , what does this mean?

        Don,t worry about those the machine has not got them, Also try Part check motor 1. That drives the dev and drum.

          i have done the part check and the motor runs. when you make a copy the motor runs its just those 3 clutches that dont work the dev unit doesnt turn and the reg roller

            Hi David

            Having done the box check shows that the dc controller is ok. The part check shows the Motor 1 drives. The DC controller would control the activation of the clutches. Check the wiring loom that connects the cluthes in question that could have a break. We sometimes cut the tie wraps on looms in question.

              I have just checked the loom there are no breaks in the wiring.
              this machine is driving me mad just doesnt make sense i also did a duplex motor test as that motor also gets driven from the same connector from the board
