Customer has one with a fiery that lately is shutting down with message ..."copier type mismatch shut down in progress" this fiery has been with this machine since new, cant find any info on it anywhere..he also said its throwing an e020-0362..which i believe is a problem with yellow toner concentration...anyone see that message before? thanks for any insight

You likely have a loose or bad interface cable for the shutdown issue, or it could be a bad video card. reseat the interface cable and open up the fiery and reseat the cards on the mother board.
the e020 error is probably a dirty salt sensor, make sure to clean all 4 if one is dirty than its likely they all are . if that doesn't work you may need do a developer change.
