Canon İR 2270 photocopy machine printer problem

Hello.
We have Canon ir 2270 photocopy machine. We have a problem. Machine is good but when we connect with usb or network cable for using printer, machine doesnt work. On the screen message 'check the network connection' then i connect the network cable, message doesnt appear. Every thing is okey then when i sent to print file machine is recieving data(on the screen "recieving") but doesnt work.
Where is the problem ? i think this problem about to hard disk or mainboard or bootrom ? which one is broken?

First try printing from a laptop & crossover cable, if that works you know the copier is ok.

Also try updating the firmware this can cause odd faults like that.

The device printed on a network earlier?

If isn't present, whether check is in the device OPTION of the network printing. By default iR2270 the network printer isn't.

For the printing on a network it is necessary to set:

UFR II print function ==> UFR II Printer Kit-E3 (P BootROM) + iR System Expansion Kit-A1
UFR II/PCL print function ==> Printer Kit-E2 (H BootROM) + iR System Expansion Kit-A1
UFR II/PCL/PS print function ==> Multi-PDL Printer Kit-E1 (N BootROM) + iR System Expansion Kit-A1
