i have a ir7200 with a blank touch screen. the machine still works perfectly - copies, prints, etc. - but with panel blank i am limited to use basically as a printer.
any suggestions?

I would suspect the panel itself, since it seems the controllers and power supplies are fine. I've had a few advance touch panels go, usually just no response. -

the touchscreen still works - i can select things and hear the beep when they've been selected - it is just blank - no backlight whatsoever. i have removed the panel and reset all of the connections but still nothing.Comment
