IRA 4245

Getting a jam every single time in duplex. Single sided is fine. Swapped reg and duplex sensors same deal. Jam code is 0105. It jams every time right behind the registration area when it goes to make the turn for second side but doesn't get through it just stops that's why I thought it was the sensor but I swapped them like I mentioned and now the dup sensor is in the reg spot and it works fine on single sided. Help appreciated.

Problem :
While duplexing, the machine generated an 0105 jam code. An 0105 jam is a delay jam to the pre-registration sensor S5. The paper was "Z" folding behind the transfer paper feed assembly.


Solution :
The solution was to reseat the duplex guide located behind the transfer paper feed assembly. The duplex guide is located on the right door. Try loosening the two screws shown in the attached picture, then pull on the guide. In some instances, a pop sound will be heard. After this, tighten the screws and test operation.

Sounds like what I got going on but I removed registration and duplex guide a couple times no luck. You have the picture mentioned.
