    Canon IRA C2020 Printing Issue

    Hi Guys,
    I have a customer that wants to print on a non-standard size (9 3/4 x 6 3/4) Christmas cards.
I can manually get the machine to print this size using B5 size, but it will not shoot from the computer and print (error light comes on)...not even from bypass tray.
The old machines have a "free" paper size for the by pass which you could run any size you wanted with out the error light coming on....any suggestions?
    Again, Thank you,
    Doug

SO can you get it to run a direct copy on that size? if you can, but you can't "print in that size" I would check the print driver. Make sure that the size is being specified by the print driver.

Actually, when I load the paper in the tray, when the side guides are adjusted it reads B5 and shows on the print driver screen on the computer, but when I go to print, it shows error without even trying to feed the paper.
      Thank you again,
      Doug
