[Jamming] Canon IR3320i showing jam at deck 2.

Hi, I have a canon IR3320i showing jam sign at tray 2 once the machine is power on. I have changed 2 upper pick up assembly ( both tested OK before changing) . Changed the pick up assembly PCB. Re connected all cables and connectors still the same problem.
The machine is ok when u power on with the upper right door is opened. But the problem occur when power with the door close.
Any suggestions how to solve this problem. Thanks..

I would start trying to check signals in service mode. This is for sure going to be a hard one to solve. I was first thinking your plug for the feed assembly was damaged with a bent pin. I would trace the circuit and start testing connections. Sorry.
