irc3480 image shift

I have a c3480 that is jamming at registration and shifting the image (leading edge is shifting towards the back). There are no jam codes listed. It will pass one copy perfectly, but the 2nd copy either jams at the registration or if it does pass all the way through the image is shifted. Any ideas? Clutch, sensor?

Registration Clutch (CL6)

In service mode
Perform a LEVEL 2> COPIER> FUNCTION> CLEAR> REG, and then adjust the quick and full auto gradation .
Cleaning the patch sensors and performing an auto color correction mismatch resolved the issue.

Enter Additional Functions Adjustments and Cleaning.
_On page three select auto color mismatch correction.
If Auto color correction mismatch is not an option, be sure to update the firmware to the latest version.
_To clean the patch sensors manually actuate the solenoid to open the shutters and wipe the sensors with a dry lint free cloth.
