Canon C2220i

I have canon c2220i it dose not print magenta color, i changed drum, i check out the magenta hoper toner, cleaned patch sensor, install new toner bottle, i checked Hi voltage PCB, i check and cleaned high voltage contact, i checked ITB, No success still does not print magenta color.
If you have any other ideas......Thank you for your help.

No i did not, you think is from laser unit

I think the magenta laser shutter is not opening or something is preventing the laser light for magenta reaching the drum. Try opening laser shutter as if you are going to clean the laser slit glass. Service mode Copier-function -misc p-sht open.
