Ir2200 Copy quality issue

I am working on ir 2200 it is putting shadow on copies through adf only .internal print.pc print.copies from glass are fine .when customer scan or make copies using adf there is shadow on top of the page i clean all the optical nothing changes . please if someone can help with this issue .

Check Df height. Maybe lower it? Also make sure white platen cover is on.

Hello There, Make sure doc. feeder is not skewed or it may be the feeder is not sitting flush on the platen.....try new doc. feeder hinges to make sure feeder is flush.

every thing looks good even i replaced it with an other still doing same thing

Scanner is not in the right position when it should be during ADF scanning.

i looked very closely did not see any thing lose or abnormal it just fine from glass no issue at all but when they scan it show that shadow on back edge .
