Hi folks,

Got a call for a client who's getting smeared scans on a dr7580 after changing the rollers. Can post example if needed. Smear marks are about 2inches along the length of the page, just wanted to pick your brain.

The scanning quality is mainly related to the reading unites. I would be surprised if there a relation with the pick-up rollers.
