I am facing a problem of machine Canon IRC3380 is print ok but copy only not clear almost like blank.

Need advice.

Not sure that I get it right. You mean that your copy is very light? Or smthn else? Anyway, if the printing is ok, then the problem probably is in the scanner optics.

remove the platen glass and clean the CIS

yes. print test page from machine is ok but copy only become light.

attach with sample print and copy.

we have try change 1 set cis assembly also same.

Place a color document on glass> leave the top cover\df open> press copy _watch CIS movement operation_

is means cis unit move no smooth? we now trying laser unit.

it will not be the laser as you are printing fine.

the problem will lay with the reader unit.

take the glass off, clean the camera and mirrors then check operation.

if the camera is clean and it moves freely, perform an auto gradation then test it.

if that still fails, replace the camera.

if it fails after that, replace the reader control board.

So when u leave up cover to view the CIS MOVEMENT,
it is not operating in a proper way ????

can you please try to change the the reader controller pcb and the flat cable connecting to the CIS unit
