    [Jamming] ir5570

    Dear/ CopyTechTeam,


    i faced a problem with IR5570 that jam from deck1 the code 010b although I changed the pick up ,feeding

    and sep. rollers .

      Check the upper right side door actuator for the pickup release mechanism for any warping.

      Adjust the tab downward on the the right lock plate.

      The tab may be at a slight upward angle.
      This will not allow the pickup rollers to drop down far enough causing the 010B in Copier to jam..
      **Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**
