Partno for stapleholder canon 2380

One of our company's 2380 doesn't see it's new cartridge of staples anymore. i've had a look at it, and it doesn't seem to transport the staples to the front any more... I thing the spring is worn or alike..

But i can't find the partno for the holder, can anyone help me ?

Oh i'm sorry. It's the 3580 that has the problem. It only has an inner finisher...

It is possible that the Tension Spring part number FU5-2267-000 inside Internal Finishers-P1/Z1 may be too
weak to allow the Stapling HP (Home Position) Sensor Flag part number FC5-4498-000 to return to home
position in a timely manner. When this occurs, there is a stapling failure.
To minimize the aforementioned symptom from occurring, a new stronger Tension Spring is being issued
for field retrofit.

that is not the problem, i switched holders with our other printer and it's working fine now....

On the drawing it's no 7 i thing, this is the part i mean :

Oh, and someone left the band around it when refilling, guess it jammed...

Pff, ehat am i thinking, it's no 43 in the picture... But it's solved, we had an old 4080 that's written-off and i took the holder from that one....
