    =======;-\

    010C code will occur if any actual paper length is shorter that the size indicated on the cassette paper size dial and on the copier display.

        Duplex sensor. Remove the dampers on the inside of the black plastic duplex diverter on the 2/3 delivery assembly on upper part of the right door assembly. 4 rubber dampers I believe...they make the guide stick, just like the ones on the lower diverter on the door do. I believe there is also a spring on the guide...haven't played with one of these in a while. I have also seen the actuator for the reversal assembly get popped out....its in machine above delivery assembly out of sight. You need to remove the 2/3 delivery assembly to get at it. Simple..couple of screws and assembly pulls out.
