    Staple Finisher D1 /
    or Booklet Finisher D1

1122 = Finisher feed sensor stationary jam at S102

Has copier and the finisher been updated with the latest system software versions.

1122 jam may be caused by gummed up idler rollers on guide B2.
The gummed up idler rollers may also cause the paper to shoot to the floor. The white idler rollers and brass bushings may have dried grease which can cause the rollers to drag and not rotate properly.

Remove the white idler rollers and brass bushings to inspect & clean the dried grease if shown.
