iRC3380 intermittent blank copy

Hi guys,

Facing these Canon iRC3380 problem when you do printing its sometimes intermittent give you blank copy.

For copying no problem with consistent copies out. We have changed the main controller p.c.b assembly already.(whole unit)

Any idea what else could be the problem? Thank you

If copies are good & just prints have the issue u need to look into print drivers used & or applications being used.

Uninstall Print Drivers> then Re-Install.
Is a Fiery Connected_?

Thanks for your comment. Initially I also have same thinking like you suspect is the printer driver but after futher check we found that even if you try to print RGB color chart & CMYK chart & configuration page its also intermittent print blank copy. Print RGB color chart & CMYK chart at additional setting > report setiting > printer > configuration page > PS

For copying no problem at all. Is real funny these problem

Ok machine problem solved. Is cause by laser assembly.
