iPC with 800 F200: when multiple print does not separate the various files but gro

Good morning and happy new year to everybody ! ! !

New year and new problem ! ! !

When the customer make prints multiple with iPC 800 with server EFI F200, the machine does not separate the various fascicles.
And this occurs both if the customer stamp from drivers, or through the CWS.
When making copies or prints from mailbox the problem not exists.
The iPC 800 have the 12.xx release of the System and the server the 1.1 Version of Operative System.

Suggestions ?

No ! When the customer wants (for example) 3 simple prints with more sheets of 1 file, the machine, also if the command of Sort is enabled, it groups the sheets.
