Cano 1750i - scan&mail in color : Memory full

A customer called, they have a B/W Canon 1750i (it does colorscans ony for SEND)

When they scan an B/w page it's send to their mailbox w/o problem
If they scan a colorpage they get the msg "Memory full"

I know little to none about the 1750i and don't have a Serv.manual.

Can anyone help me ?

Changing the data amount in Additional Functions>System Settings>ID#7654321, Password 7654321>Communications Settings>E/Mail / I-Fax> 0-99, Set at 99MB, may eliminate the Memory Full Message.

It used to work before, doubted it was a setting... They just shut it dow, restarted and it worked...
