    Copy Quality Canon IRA C2020

    Hi Guys,
I have a Church that cannot get the red part of their bulletin to match the red on the screen coming from the computer....conversely, I tried a copy of a red image on the glass and it comes out the same....orange in color.
I performed a full adjust gradation adjustment as well as tried to increase the magenta color balance adjustment and there was no change.....any ideas?
Thank all of you in advance.

On a monitor u view RGB only= Red Green Blue

U need to check if Magenta is printing corect> run a PG10 Test print----
Did u check the Internal Test Prints_?
    COPIER > TEST > PG
Adj/set/operate method = Enter the setting value, (select>10) and then press OK key.
    Test print is executed.
Caution --Be sure to return the value to 0 after the test print output.

Hopefully u dont' have a Stuck Dustproof Shutter = can only effect MAGENTA & or CYAN

Auto Correct Color Mismatch Press [Start]
On glass copies try the Vivid Color Print Mode.==Full Color Printing Vividness Settings /Standard*, Level 1, Level 2

Do u have a print server attached_or using internal print kit.
