    IR 3245i dis-able sleep mode

I have a customer that wants to print remotely from home on weekends. The problem is that his machine goes into sleep mode and cannot be woken up. He even comes in on Monday and the panel on/off will not wake it up, he has to do the power off by the cord.

I have gone into times settings/sleep mode and it can be adjusted from 10 secons to 4 hours but cannot be turned off. Suggestions?

    TIA

    SERVICE MODE LEVEL 1
    COPIER > OPTION > USER>SLEEP

    Auto sleep function ON/OFF setting
Purpose of use, When used Set the auto sleep function to "ON" and "OFF".

    Settings and adjustment ranges
    0: OFF
    1: ON

    1) Select the item to highlight it, input the setting, and press the OK key.
    2) Set the main power switch to OFF and back to ON.

or see below it's your choice/
The Copier Will Not Wake From Sleep Mode

The symptom occurs when the machine goes in to Sleep mode 3 too fast. The timing to execute sleep mode is adjustable.

To resolve this symptom, perform the following adjustment in service mode level 2:

    COPIER>OPTION>BODY>WUEN-LIV
Setting of start time after sleep notice from network
Purpose of use, When used Set the time when the machine is started in the sleep mode from the network without being accompanied by the introduction of any jobs, until the host machine next transfers to the sleep mode.

The range for this adjustment is from 15 seconds to 600 seconds.
The default value is 15. Enter 180 and press OK.
The 180 value will allow the machine to go into sleep mode slowly.
This will keep the sleep mode from locking up and forcing a power OFF/ON condition.

    ================================================== =====================
NOTE: there are also many other sleep options in COPIER > OPTION > BODY> LEVEL 2

WUEV-SW=Select whether to give sleep notice to the applications (such as imageWARE) on the network when the host machine has transferred to the sleep mode or when its operation has been restored from the sleep mode.
    0: Sleep notice is given.
1: No sleep notice is given.

WUEV-INT=Set the sleep notice interval when giving sleep notice.
Precautions for use Valid only when COPIER > OPTION > BODY > WUEV-SW is set to '0'

WUEV-POT=Sleep notice destination port number setting
Purpose of use, When used Set the port number on the sleep notice destination PC when giving sleep notice.
    1 to 65535

    WUEV-RTR=Sleep notice range setting
Purpose of use, When used Set the maximum number of routers to the sleep notice destinations through which the sleep notice is
    to be given.
    1 to 254
