    Dear all ,

    i wonder how to use the usb port which located beside the Control Panel ,once i saw that one of my client made scan direct to usb can anyone tell me how to use this option

      Press Access Stored Files
      Press Memory Media
      Find your file on the flash drive
      Press Print

      You Should Select the Green arrow at bottom right before removing drive.

      You need to have Direct Print or Postscript License loaded , if you want to print pdf

          Service Mode
          LVL 2
          Options>Display SW>
          Then look for UI-MEM
          set to 1
          Exit service mode
          Reboot the device
          and it will now show the option to scan / Access the memory stick in there
