    Hello,

Verify the installation/position of the registration clutch.

            Hello,

If the shift is in the horizontal direction (to the back in your case), i would say that the motor drive has nothing to do with it. This could be a result of a bad paper position in the drawer.

Talking in relation to the top of the page the image is sitting lower?. Printing starts late. play with loop creation time to see if that makes a slight difference 20mm is a lot. Is that the right motor or the same motor sounds like it is running too fast how is the magnification on the rest of the image and does the machine jam? If it is running too fast then the image would be stretched out and jamming would probably occur. But with servo/stepper that is pulse controlled that does not make sense.

                Hello,

I think that we have a little misunderstanding in the terminology.

Horizontal direction = parallel to the drum axis. Perpendicular direction = perpondicular to the drum axis which corresponds to the paper feeding direction.

Glad the problem is fixed - I find teckat's post helpful to avoid confusion when explaining what the problem/symptoms are.
