IC MF5950 scans but copies are blank
IC MF5950 scans/copies but sheets are blank. Prints okay though. Is this likely scanner asm or scanner board. Customer said he had attempted to connect Apple computer using usb port at front of machine. Then he had problem with his Apple and then started getting scanner issues(blanks). Is the a recovery program for this or does part need to be changed? Frank/ActionPhotocopy
