Only happens when machine is first turned on for the day. Replaced entire fuser and DC controller. Moved machine to another building in another town. Manual says thermistor or DC controller. Got a feeling its something out of the ordinary that somebody else may have seen

Check to make sure switches are not arching.
Check \Replace the Main AC plug for possible internal damage_ have had unnoticed damage , until fully inspected (badly crimped or cut areas, damaged ground prong & or other.
Drove me crazy at times.**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

Wall voltage OK? You say moved to another town.....OK there or came to you from another town? Need more info. Check the backside of the connector that fuser plugs into in the frame. That is an intermediate connector...there is a plug going into the other side of it. I have resolved intermittent heater/fuser jamming issues by reseating the inside plug. Also you say it happens first thing in the morning...then what? Clear error in service mode and it does not re-occur again all day? Until next day? Unplug coffee machine on same branch of circuit...lolComment

It does the same thing regardless of where we plug it in but 2 days ago we changed the all day power supply and main controller and so far it hasn't coded. I did notice before that when the temp got into the 180s, it would slow down more than I expected then code. We're going to monitor it daily for a week or so and see what happens. Machine is in shop. A little odd since the temp gets past 115 quickly and according to manual it should code when it doesn't get there within a specified period. One of those rare odd ones. Will repost next week.Comment
