iR5055 Fax Kit Z2

I have a new machine(iR5055) and new fax boards(Z2) that whenever the machine receives a fax it says "Start again" but prints the fax anyway. The sending fax thinks the page was not sent so it retries and when it connects the second time it prints the fax again but both machines then acknowlege that the fax was received fine.

I have tried putting another fax machine on the line and it runs fine.

Has anyone run into this problem before???
