[Misc] imagepress paper tray special/normal tab

Does anyone have any information regarding the paper trays on the imagepress color C7000vp normal special designation. I am wondering if it could cause false jam indications if someone set it to special and was running normal sizes etc? I can find much information on this setting and what the functions and error codes could be caused by not having it in the correct position. I think this is only supposed to be used for non standard paper sizes. thanks Mark

clear the POD A1 right door. All the lights go off on the trays, I have replaced the arcnet board and reseated the control board plugs. E500-0001 11 this is plugged into the main power station. I have also verified all of the arc net cables and replaced with new, terminator, T and cable. it is like the power just drops out while running. standby never goes off. I may try and replace the power cord and see if i can tighten that connection then if that doesn't work I am leaning toward swapping the control board next.
