    iRC3380 error E110-000

    Good day guys,

    Have weird problem with these iRC3380 intermittent problem E110-000. We have changed almost all the machine P.C.B from laser unit to dc controller, main controller and wiring harness which connected to laser assembly. Lastly firmware have been updated to latest version. Any idea guys what else could be the problem ? Thank you

      did you try to change laser unit

          You may need to replace the Laser Cable (FM2-9456-000) off the Laser Interface PCB to the DC Controller .

          also
          Check the dust proof shutter link, > item 5 shown below, to see if it is broken.
          It may appear to be fine at first glance, but check the bottom half that lifts the shutter > may be broken off.

              Morning,

              Yesterday we have changed the laser cable (FM2-9456-000) so far so good no error code E110. But need to monitor few more days before we conclude is the laser cable causing the E110. Thank you
