Those service modes won't offer you much in terms of troubleshooting pcbs, especially without a manual. Too many codes and acronyms to simply glance at. What issue are you trying to correct?

I don't want to troubleshoot pcbs, we would fault find and replace if necessary.

Im after someone who knows what exactly the codes do? I know you can isolate one board talking to another and it is this information I need......

If there is a problem with one of the PCB's the machine will error and will show a error code. With that error code a person can rectify the problem.

I realise that already after 20 years in the Copier Industry. An Educated answer would be preferred or did you not know there were hidden levels and platforms in the firmware?

Let's suppose for a moment that I know what service level 3&4 can do.
In other words how to reset counters to desired numbers.

Why would I share it ?

Just being able to log into 3&4 will NOT reset any counters my friend. I can guarantee you.

However, I have other reasons, if you genuinely know we can talk????

level 3 - will ALLOW disabling - however you will need access to lms to reactivate whatever you disable or have key already generated.

Factory mode - will also allow some flexibility (especially older models) but none practical for the field......toner kill, jam kill etc
