Message "preparing toner" during installation on iRADVC 5235

Hello to everybody !

When installing the Canon iR ADV C5235, after insertion toner cartridge, the machine, displays "preparing toner" also if the cartridges are inside.
How can solve this problem ?

Does the machine copy at all, If it does print or copy do a p-print and clear the DC controller in service mode. That should clear the problem.
