    ira5xxx

Guys & galls - got a Ira5xxx that on any run over say 100 copies loses transfer - if you pause job transfer will return, and occasionally/sporadically for no reason will return.

see attached - gonna go back and replace secondary transfer roller but a) machine is good in all other aspects b) never had a problem with the transfer roller

    nothing on sims or e-support.......WP_20150206_11_14_47_Pro.jpg

    n.b also running latest firmware

    any help would be appreciated!

      Alex - I have this same problem on a C5051 @ approx 500k copies.

I am also returning to replace the secondary transfer roller...perhaps the assembly is damaged in some way that allows the roller to ground out temporarily....

I'm taking a primary transfer roller kit as well, will update.

It's the external xfer roller on the rt door. I replace quite a few for this phenomenon.

there is also a MOD for the compression springs for the external transfer roller

            2 x FU8-255-000

Never seen the transfer that bad before on your images...
