    iR7105 Disconfigured

We have a Canon iR7105 with the Finisher v1

Normally when you classify copies (i.e. 5 set of 10 pages) it would send it to the lower tray (from top to bottom) and classify it in that tray but our machine sends it to the top tray. It isn't a big deal but when there is a high amount of clients and we are doing like 5 different copies and computers sending documents to the machine. It is less convinient that everything exits trough the top tray.

This happened after the machine wen't crazy and disconfigured all settings. A technician came and managed to reconfigure most settings. But he wasn't able to reconfigure everything back to its original form.

Anyone had this happened before? What is the solution?
