[Error Code] IR6570 E0121-001

I changed FM4 fan from ir5075 (I think the same) it get the same code .
I took DC controller from dead machine and insert in another good ir6570, it work OK so DC controller is good.
I went back to dead one and check wiring from FM4 fan to J108 connector it OK no short or worn.
Then I put own DC controller back in the machine, it still get code.
What fault? Help!!

you should to change with another pair of fan and DC

By the post first I change new fan, code come.
after that, DC controller moved to another machine, it work OK on that.
I think fan OK and DC controller OK too.

post closed. DC controller.
I test again on another machine. Boot up OK but after run about 30 copies so code comes.
